Shipping and Delivery Information
- Orders placed by Noon are usually delivered or shipped the same day unless otherwise directed. Orders placed later will be shipped or delivered next business day.
- Keep in mind during the busy holiday season shipping may take longer!
- Fedex Ground is our shipping method of choice unless customer requests another method.

Shipping Fee
We charge a base fee of $10.00 for shipping/delivery. Please note that on larger gifts oversize charges may apply. Boxes larger than 12" square are charged dimensional weight when using "Rush" services.
Address corrections will be rebilled at a minimum charge of $5.00. Please double check your addresses before ordering.

During the summer we reserve the right to replace chocolate in shipped gifts with comparable items to prevent melted chocolate being delivered.
Food allergies and dietary restrictions of the gift recipient(s) must be brought to the attention of JK Flowers when you place your order. We hold no responsibility of bodily harm should any food products contained in our gift designs cause allergic reaction in the gift recipient(s).

Any and all information we collect from you is solely to process and ship/deliver your gift to the recipient. This information will allow us to fill your order and notify you of your order status. Your e-mail address is used to send you a confirmation note/receipt of your order. Should you choose to opt into our monthly newsletter list you should know that we absolutely do not share our customer information with ANYONE. We use a secure server to collect and process all orders.
Additional Policies
A 50% deposit will be requested on all volume corporate or private orders. Corporate accounts are welcome. Please supply a credit card for initial orders. Invoices mailed within 2 days of order. If invoice has not been paid within time agreed, credit card will be charged and an additional 10% late charge will be added.We are a legal business in the State of Florida, licensed through Pinellas County.
